Project Bluebeards “Nemesis”: Volunteers sought for shaving cream that induces hair growth
After last year’s runaway success of “The Bluebeards Revenge Luxury Shaving Cream” containing the miracle hair reducing ingredient Decelerine, an interesting trend has been discovered by the Bluebeards marketers. Head of Product Development at Bluebeards, Steven Baxter, said “The Bluebeards Revenge has always been about a great shave, making shaving easier and less of a challenge for men. However, we now recognise that there are those that actually like the act of shaving and that they would prefer a shaving cream that stimulates growth rather than delays it i.e. they want to shave more. From this discovery “Bluebeards Nemesis” was born, the development of a growth inducing shaving cream. We feel that offering the best of both worlds we can appeal to greater selection of people.”
“Working closely with our research laboratory, we’ve developed a shaving cream containing a new topical compound called Accelerine-AF that stimulates hair growth. As the pictures show, early results are very positive and we are now looking for more volunteers to test our cream.”
How it works
The product is used like any shaving cream, you apply it either using your fingers or a brush and then shave as normal. Our research has indicated that the inclusion of 5% Accelerine-AF into our shaving cream mix produces encouraging results over a 28 day period. Our test subject, photographed at 0, 14 and 28 day stages below, experienced progressive and accelerated hair growth during the 28 days he used it. By day 28 the overnight stubble was noticeably longer and thicker than at the start.

Accelerine-AF – a scientific breakthrough
Accelerine-AF, like Decelerine, targets hair follicles in their growth stage (ANAGEN) but actively encourages the growth. Similarily, Accelerine-AF has the same skin healing benefits as Decelerine providing moisturisation and protection to facilitate it’s regeneration.

Accelerine-AF accelerates cell division and growth
Biochemist Dr Alf Stirrip, responsible for development and testing of Accelerine-AF said “…in particular it affects the stem cells that are principally responsible for the ongoing hair production, encouraging accelerated cell division and it’s consequent growth. I can see this being used for more applications than just shaving cream”.
