Leading grooming brand The Bluebeards Revenge is celebrating after scooping a coveted Lookmantastic 2012 Hair and Grooming Award.

The brand’s beard reducing shaving cream beat off fierce competition from the likes of Men-U, American Crew and Anthony Logistics to win the customer award for best shaving product of 2012.

David Hildrew, Managing Director and Bluebeard-in-Chief, picked up the Lookmantastic prize at a star-studied awards ceremony at the world-renowned Ivy Club in central London.

He said: “We are truly honoured to win such a prestigious grooming award. To beat some of the world’s biggest men’s grooming brands is a massive achievement and something we are extremely proud of.

“And what makes it even more special is the fact the awards are voted for by the retailers’ customers.”

Popular TV presenter Caroline Flack hosted the event, which also saw GQ grooming editor Jessica Punter, Shortlist magazine’s Adrian Clark and Fashion Beans grooming guru Ben Herbert in attendance.
